Orgasol® is a range of high-performance ultra fine polyamid powders used as additives in coatings, inks, varnishes, and technical compounds.

Rilsan® D fine powders are a range of high performance polyamide powders manufactured from a 100% renewable resource (caster oil) and is used as an additive in coatings.

- Abrasion and Scratch ResistanceOrgasol® polyamide powders, provide a powerful combination of abrasion and scratch resistance and an improvement in product durability.
- Gloss ControlIn most formulations, Orgasol® powders provide matte-to-satin effects, without the drawbacks of increased in viscosity and a higher sensitivity to scratches and abrasion common to matting agents like silica. It also avoids haze, settlement, and guaranties mar resistance.
- Stain and Chemical ResistanceThe improved stain resistance of formulations containing an Orgasol® additive is due to the very low oil absorption of the polyamide chemistry.
- Texture ControlOrgasol® powders can also be used as texturing agent. Available in a range of particle sizes (from 5 to 60 microns), Orgasol® powders can impart textures from smooth to rough by modifying the ratio of particle size to coating thickness.
- LubricityOrgasol® powders can also be used as smoothing agent to help reduce the coefficient of friction and add lubricity to the final coating.
